ESPN Films 30 for 30
I saw a few of these films thus far and I'll say for any New York Knick fan they'll have to get the Reggie flick. The Ice Cube/ L.A. Raiders film and The Birth of Big Air, I saw at Tribeca film fest and it was most defiently good films.
Created to celebrate the venerable sports network's 30 years of operation, ESPN Films 30 for 30 ($14-$18) is a collection of 30 separate documentaries chronicling thirty different sports stories, from Reggie Miller's killer instinct against the New York Knicks to a look at the connection between the Raiders and gangsta rap of south central L.A., directed by N.W.A.'s coolest member Ice Cube. Unfortunately, all 30 installments aren't available as one cohesive set, but on the brightside, that means you won't end up paying for anything you don't want.
