The Book Of Bastards by Brian Thornton

The Book of Bastards

I appreciate all views of American history, it was interesting and at times informative.

Any country that's lasted a hundred years or more has no doubt seen a few scandals, and the US of A is no exception. The Book of Bastards($10) chronicles 101 of the most egregious scandals — and the people behind them — from America's first 234 years, including long-forgotten indiscretions by men such as Presidents Grover Cleveland and Warren G. Harding, traitors like General Wilkinson, and possible turncoats like Daniel Ellsberg. This would have made Coach Hall's American History class infinitely more interesting.
