Today we get a first better look at the upcoming collaboration between Bamford Watch Department and Dr. Romanelli. The LA based designer decided to work on the Rolex Milgauss, giving it some nice added details on the dial. In the coming days more news on the actual release of the watch should be revealed.

Darren Romanelli (DRx) is a pioneer of aesthetic innovation, renowned for reviving cultural classics by twisting the familiar into the fresh. He applies a unique signature blending of past and present to each new creation with passion, dedication, commitment and, most importantly, personal connection. His latest project fuses elements of the Victorian era with the fantastic mythological characters from Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Dr. Romanelli has gotten together for the second time with Tetsuzo Okubo from A Love Movement under the Doctor Love Project. For Fall/Winter 2010 they present a series of down vests mixing vintage military with the custom lettering of Tetsuzo Okubo. Dr. Romanelli comes through with this one.
